Alaturca restaurant is established by Mr. Hasan Kalci in November 2003 to present the old Anatolian Cuisine and making a difference in the concept of restaurants in the region.

It is located in the heart of mystic Cappadocia, the most interesting nature of the world where miracles become real, cultures and civilizations are mingled. Alaturca is settled on a 2000 m2 area, contains 600 m2 indoor, 1200 m2 garden and terrace restaurants, cafe shop, indoor and garden bar.
